![]() ![]() I'm hoping one day we get a Musashi 3 and it's more like this game then Samurai Legend. If you like this game and this game ever comes to American or Euro PSN(as of 9/9/12 it's only in Japanese PSN), buy it and show your support to this franchise. If you fail either two timed missions, you will instantly game over and must restart from your last save(which may be 20 minutes of story before the timed mission). There are two timed missions through out this game that will push your skills. It holds up better than other PS1 gems, becase of it's stylized 3D graphics which fit the anime art style displayed in text boxes.Ī few negatives: This game has a required sleep mechanic, however this is easily side stepped by going to the local Inn regularly. This game is a classic,in every respect and went under the main stream radar in an era where this game would blown people's mind. ![]() What makes this stand out is Fusion, your primary sword which allows you to abosrb abilites from enemies(almost in a megaman-ish way). It's Zelda in that there's puzzle sovling invovling hitting switches and DMC in that over the course of the game, you get a host of Weapons that all have their story based uses that you can ignore. Action is almost like a mix of Zelda and a primative DMC. The game is filled with the now laughable dubbing, sexual/suggestive humor in the style of Tenchi and weird name changes(all the enemies are named after Soda in english but were originally alcholic drinks in japan) just like a 90's anime. Musashi is summoned once again to save the world from the growing. First things first, this is a 90's anime the game. This action RPG for the PlayStation 2 is the sequel to Squares Brave Fencer Musashi. ![]()
